Troubleshooting: Lightspeed interrupts audio playback

Audio playback is interrupted when using Lightspeed in combination with Atmosphere and Sonos.

Solution: Disable Sounds & Headphone Jack in Lightspeed

  1. Login to your Lightspeed Account
  2. Go to Devices > Restaurant App Settings
  3. Edit device profile
  4. Go to General Settings > Uncheck “Use sound”
  5. Go to Accessory settings > Set “Audio Jack Device” to “No Card Reader”
  6. Click save
